She teaches us how to replenish, bring in things we love, and let go of business. Lisa also talks about how to nourish the body, tame cravings and find out what they really mean. Lisa was in the corporate world and she created a software company with her then boyfriend now husband and was soon in the position to retire from that busy dog-eat-dog lifestyle and stay home with her children. She then volunteered at school events, charities and found she just kept adding to her list until she crashed and burned. She eventually had to free herself from the superwoman ideology.
