In this episode, I talk with Michael Ockrim. Michael has been studying and practicing a healthy lifestyle for over 30 years. Excited to share the knowledge he has obtained, Michael earned a nationally-accredited coaching certification and founded Mighty Oak Athletic. Today, we discuss how to stop overcomplicating health & nutrition. We dive into what good nutrition and movement look like and how we can live longer while feeling better.
