Stop pointing the finger out and point the finger within.

You can re-write your story.

Our beliefs shape our behavior.

Just because you keep having the same experience it doesn’t mean it will be the experience you’ll always have.

How and why to stop seeking unavailable men.

Stop waiting to be rescued.

How to stop waiting for someday our prince will come and create an epic love story right now.

How to stop over giving and keep a piece back for yourself.

How taking responsibility can improve your relationships

Every woman is unique and special in her own way

You don’t need to have every man like you just set yourself up to receive the best man for you.

The more time you spend in fear the less time you can live in faith

A lot of recurring problems are fear based.

Letting go of the past, moves you into your future.

Forgiveness is for you.

If you don’t know your purpose, start doing the things you are saying you cannot do.

Stare fear in the face and do it anyway.

Stretch your comfort zone.

You can’t live a positive life with a negative mind.

Gratitude and anger can’t live in the same space.
